Eligibility Criteria

To acquire the $243 Cost of Living Payment, an individual has to qualify these below certain standards: 

1. They must be a permanent inhabitant or a citizen of South Australia.
2. They must acquire a Centrelink account.
3. They must own at least one concession card:

• Veteran Gold Card
• Low income Health Care Card (LIHCC)
